1. Individual- $40/ calendar yr

2. Artist-$30/calendar/yr

3.  Gallery Artist- $100/calendar yr

4. Student- $15/calendar /yr

A couple of  reminders:
Tomorrow December 1st is the deadline for voting for the new  procedures.

Saturday December 2nd is our second Open House. 2-4 pm. This is also "Come Home to Galion" and "The Great Elf Hunt" 1-4.

We hope to see you at these fun events. Remember there are many gifts to buy in the Gallery.

Sunday December 3rd is the deadline for the Christmas Luncheon reservations. It will be held at the Ontario Event Center 3985 Park Ave West, (corner of SR 314 and 309] at 12pm  on Monday December 11. Christmas Luncheon, please respond!

  We are pleased to announce that the BPAC Christmas Luncheon will be held at 12 noon, Monday, December 11th at the Ontario Event Center, 3985 Park Ave W, Ontario, OH 44903 . All members, past members, friends, and/or spouses are welcome! The cost is $15 a person for the buffet which includes Stuffed Chicken Francesca, Beef Tips, Green Beans Almondine, Garlic Smashed Red Skin Potatoes, Broccoli Salad, Tossed Salad, Rolls and butter, cookies, and drinks. We are planning live entertainment . We will have everyone pay at the door that day (cash or checks payable to Brush and Palette Art Club). Please let me know by Dec 3rd if you want to make reservations. We need at least 25 so that we can use the event center  banquet room at no extra charge.

Brush and Palette Art Club Members and Friends,   This is a reminder to all of you that our November  BPAC meeting is coming up this week on Wednesday the 15th at 6 p.m.. We will be meeting at our  Brush and Palette Art Gallery 114 Harding Way East (rear). here in Galion.  Any and all of you are invited to this meeting, even if you are not a present member. This will be the last business meeting time and after the meeting you will have the opportunity to view the newest inventory items at our gallery, which is chock full of artist made gift items.   We will also  have election of officers for 2018  at the meeting and we will have ballots ready for  membership voting on our proposed new format for 2018. BPAC Members have a chance to pre-view the format via  our newsletter which should  arrive early this coming week if not before. Holiday Extravaganza coming up

I hope you get your entries in on time. They are due today and tomorrow Nov. 2 and 3 from 2-4 each day.  We can accommodate our members for bringing in art at other times, however, if needed-call a co-director.

OPEN HOUSE is  Sunday Nov. 5 from 2-4 and again Saturday Dec. 2 from 2-4.

Winter hours are from 12-5 Thursday through Sunday

Dec.2 is also "Come Home to Galion"  and "The Great Elf Hunt" Hours are from 1-6.

Don't forget the Wednesday November 15 Business meeting 6-8 pm. Some important things to be voted on that was in your newsletter.

Open House for Brush and Palette Art Gallery during Octoberfest

Brush and Palette Art Gallery Open House for Hometown Memories Show coincides with Oktoberfest of Galion Thursday through Saturday September 28-30th. Hours will be 12 to 6 pm at the Gallery.

50/25/25 RAFFLE
  Participants will  will vote for the Peoples' Choice" Art award for the show, to be held during Galion's Octoberfest.  Tickets will be $1.00 or $5.00 for 6 tickets. The money collected will be divided between the gallery, the winning artist, and the raffle winner.

Just a reminder to bring your paintings for the October Show tomorrow and Tuesday from 3-6, Hometown Memories. You can bring three paintings to display .

Brush and Palette Art Gallery, Next meeting and events

 Next meeting will be WEDNESDAY, SEPT.20 from 6 -8 pm at Magnolia Terrace, Galion, Ohio.  Bring two or three paintings for critique and a snack to share. Proposed changes will be discussed and voted on in November. We want your input.

The current show at the Gallery is the BPAG student show until Sunday Sept.24 which is the Open House 2-4 pm.

Featured Artist for August: Judy Walton

The Brush and Palette Art Gallery will feature the art of member Judy Walton for the next special gallery show. The show will be in place from August 6th to Aug 31st, 2017. 

Judy is a Mansfield resident with much expertise in oils, pastels, watercolors, and other media. She has exhibited her work in various galleries and shows in Ohio, including the Mansfield Art Center, Springfield Art Museum, Columbus Art Museum, Mansfield Richland Arts Academy,  and Kingwood Center. She has also displayed her art in Montana and Wyoming. 

A special "Meet the Artist" open house with door prizes and refreshments will be held at the gallery, 114 Harding Way East (rear) on Sunday, August 6th, 2017, from 2-4 p.m.
